If you are allowed to participate in the Shoplifting/Theft Diversion Program through the Phoenix Municipal Court, you must contact Justice Services at (602) 264-3881 within 5 business days of signing the diversion program plea agreement to schedule an intake interview and assessment. Have your paperwork with you and ready when you call.
You must attend the Shoplifting/Theft Diversion Program intake appointment within 30 days of entering the diversion program plea agreement. Failure to do so will result in your case being sent back to the Phoenix Municipal Court, and you will be ineligible to participate in the diversion program.
$50.00 for the intake interview and assessment.
$15.00 to reschedule the intake interview and assessment.
$150.00 for the one day, six hour class.
$15.00 discount if the intake fee and the class fee is paid in full at the time of the intake interview and assessment.
Additional fees may apply for other services.
Payment plans are available.
Cash, money order, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted. Checks are not accepted.

•Attend the one day, six hour group session.
•Complete other services if required.
•Pay restitution owed in the underlying case.
